Mint Lemonade



I remember drinking this long long ago during lunch in the cafeteria and always wanted to try it out.Today was a typical saturday spring cleaning day. After all the dusting and mopping nanige cool drink beku beku anisthu. Fridge open madi I looked at the coke bottle... but then rememberng how plumpy I am :((( ...my eyes looked for something else to drink. There.. i noticed the mint leaves and lemons and recalled the cafeteria day :) and dived for ice cubes and all other things to prepare it.
Well..you should ask Manju mama how it tasted coz he ws the first person to try it out...I ws rather reluctant to sip it..hehe..u know the feelin right? :) So like how scientists experiment on eelles (rats) ...Manju mama was my target as he had just then dropped in after a long drive in the heat :P
Ingredients:
freshly squeezed lemon juice - as required
sugar - as required
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
1/2 teaspoon grounded black pepper
1/8 teaspoon roasted ground cumin powder (Jeerage :P) to garnish
cold water - as required
Mint leaves to garnish
Ice cubes - as required
Method:
1. Blend the mint leaves and grated ginger in a mixer and keep aside.
2. In a blender, add lemon juice, sugar, salt black pepper.
3. To this, pour water and crushed ice and blend along with the mint-ginger mixture.
Garnish with mint leaves and cumin powder and it looks and tastes as super as below :)))

  3. Well, you can indicate that the above preps will serve 1 person, so accordingly people interested to try your recipe can increase the quantity depending on their servings. What do ya say? Even better, if you can give health advantages (if any) from the receipe(s).
