Hot Hot Gobi Manchuri



This is my first post to the blog and also my first time try at preparing Gobi manchuri. Appaji was pestering me big time to try it out and after postponing for some time, finally gave it a shot. Thankfully it came out really well and CJ even commented (after looking at the pic) that it looks like made by a pro :P . So...here's hot hot gobi manchuri for you !! Chak maadi




Ingrediants :


Gobi (Cauliflower)cut into florets


Maida and Corn Flour


Salt to taste 4-5


Chopped green chili


1 tbsp Chilli Powder


2 tbsp Garlic Paste


2 tbsp Ginger Paste


1 Chopped Capsicum


2 Chopped Onions


Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves


2-3 tbsp Chilli Sauce


2 tbsp Soya Sauce


2-3 tbsp Tomato Ketchup


2 tbsp Oil and mustard for vargarne
Method:


1. Make a paste of maida, corn flour and salt using water. Add a bit of garlic ginger paste and chilli powder.


2. Dip the florets and deep fry till golden brown and keep it aside


3. Heat oil in another pan and add the left ginger & garlic paste, chopped onions, capsicum and green chili to it.


4. Now add soya sauce, tomato sauce and chilli sauce as required5. Add fried Gobi and mix well. Garnish it with coriander leaves.



Serve Hot with tomato sauce.
