Ingrediants:
Potato (cooked in cooker)Gobi / Hoo Kosu (Cut into Florets)
Tomato - 1 (cut into small pieces)
Vargarne:Oil - 2 tsp
Jeerage :PMustard
Onion - 1 Curry Leaves
Masala:
Ginger Garlic paste
Dhaniya powder
Green Chillies
Garam Masala
Red Chilli Powder
Salt to taste
Method
1. After vagarne, when the onion becomes translucent add Gobi florets . Sprinkle water for it to cook well. Close lid.
2. When gobi is semi cooked, add tomatoes and potatoes. Pour a bit of water.
3. Now add the masalas above and cook until all ingrediants blend well with each other.
Serve Hot with chapathi and curds.
